Brett's birthday celebration was a success! We started off with a few drinks at McSorley's which is NYC's oldest ale house. (Unfortunately, low lighting plus a few drinks equals bad photos so this is the only one that's somewhat postable.) Then we headed off to BUTTER for some really, really good food. All day I was nervous that I picked just an ok place but as soon as we were seated I looked to my left and there sitting right next to me was Isaac Mizrahi. I felt relieved and thought that my decision wasn't too shabby. I love Brett's birthday and I think I love it more than he does haha. Happy Birthday love!
It's the future hub's birthday today and I can't wait to get off of work so I can spoil him rotten! I have lots to do until then so I'll see you tomorrow! Image
I'm back from the best 5 days a girl could ask for. My mom visited for the weekend and we found my wedding dress!! We had so much fun that my cheekbones are still sore from smiling so much. I can't believe I have to wait 11 months to wear it. We saw In the Heights which was also super fun. And yesterday, I celebrated my 25th birthday! So the past five days have pretty much ruled. Today's my boyfriend Brett's birthday. This morning I woke up early and blew up some balloons (I forgot how hard it is!) and made him some heart shaped pumpkin pancakes for breakfast. We sadly both had to run off to work. I can't wait til later - I have a few fun things planned but I can't say what since it's a surprise. Happy Birthday Babe!
The Big 2-4!
Here's a picture of yours truly. Last night Brett and I celebrated my birthday. We went to 5Ninth in the Meatpacking District which was delicious. Then we had some cupcakes from the famous Magnolia Bakery. It's been a fantastic couple of days!
