Come summer time, we eat a lot of salads for dinner. Sometimes it's just way to hot to go anywhere near the oven. This pear pistachio salad and this strawberry salad with chèvre look oh so good.

They really do look great. I need to make more salads at home. I mean, they're good for you, they're refreshing and don't take much effort to make. Thanks for the inspiration!
