Our apartment renovations are almost all done except we're thinking of painting our apartment. Why, because we're crazy? Well, not really. Our (super nice) landlord actually offered to have it painted so we figure hey, why not? I think we're going to go with gray walls. It feels so fresh and calming. What do you think? Joe and I haven't painted our walls cuz we'll just have to paint them eggshell white again when we move.
I love that idea! We painted our house in all different shades of grey and I still love it.

Gray is not bad, but it should not dominate. psychologists say that the gray evokes nostalgia and sadness. Gray should be used sparingly and always in conjunction with another color achromatic preferably warm. I personally like a bright lemon yellow.
